We were gifted this blanket in exchange for coverage. My lovely little Daisy is going to be one in a few days. I can’t believe it. The year has just zoomed by. In that year our needs have changed, as I’m sure all parents know. Daisy no longer has much use for the small muslin squares. The baby blankets that we once used are not big enough for the purpose anymore. I was looking for a baby blanket that could last us another year or two, and be beautiful too. I wanted a blanket that could come to the beach, to the park or just keep us warm when cuddling together.
This gorgeous Aden + Anais blanket is made from 100% cotton muslin and it is beautifully soft. It is probably the softest baby blanket I have ever held, let alone used. I love it! The quality is gorgeous and there is a pattern on both sides.
On the front is this gorgeous lion. It looks beautiful. Daisy has been enjoying admiring it too and stroking the softness of the pattern. I love the colours of it which stand out without being garish.
On the back there is a lovely pattern of shapes that is still adorable. Obviously the front is the main selling point of this gorgeous blanket but I love both sides.
Daisy seems to be really comfortable when she is lying underneath this blanket. It is soft, and large. There is enough room that we can both cuddle together and I’m not the smallest! We have been under the weather during the last week so this Leader of the pack Aden + Anais blanket has been a Godsend! You can buy it here.
The best thing about this Aden + Anais blanket is that it can be washed in the machine. Daisy has already had one bought of projectile vomit and this came up spotless. As a busy Mum, who also works from home, I need things that are versatile. This Aden + Anais blanket fits the bill. It is machine washable, soft, comfortable, large and great for use both outside and inside. Best of all it is utterly adorable!
