Living Arrows 11/52 [2019]

Happy Monday! This week is going to be a bit of a busy one for us as Daisy is going to be turning 3! Wow! Where does the time go? Also, just for everyone asking, my Mum is doing REALLY well thank you. She had a bad lung infection, that was causing strain on her heart and that’s being sorted now. She’s already feeling miles better – so thanks for all the kind messages here and elsewhere. This weeks living arrows 11/52 post is now live!

Living Arrows 11/52 - Daisy laughing with Grandma

On the weekend we went over to Grandma’s house. My brother was visiting and he cooked dinner for us all, which was very nice. We had a pizza evening and a few hours of chatting and watching television before we came home. It was great and the perfect way to end a relaxing weekend day!

Happy Monday! I hope the week ahead is going to be a productive one for us all. I know personally, I’ve got 4 or 5 pieces of work to get prepared so this is going to be one of my busiest weeks in a long time. My Mum will be in hospital later today, having a T.O.E. This is basically a camera down your throat, so they can look at the back of your heart. I’ll share more about this on my Instagram I’m sure if you want to find out more. This weeks living arrows 10/52 post is now live!

Now I have to be honest and say that this photo is from a few weeks ago! On Tuesday last week I accompanied my Mum to the hospital and my week has been really busy since!

This photo shows Daisy and her uncle Anthoni playing in the local park. Anthoni has been staying at my Mum’s house lately, to help look after her and make his commute to work a little easier too. I’m really pleased that Mum has more company and someone staying with her overnight a few days a week. This has relieved some of the worries I have when she’s not well.

Living Arrows 9/52 [2019]

Happy Monday! I feel like this week is going to be a super productive one. Daisy is going to be visiting all of her Grandparents and has two mornings in Nursery too. I’ve made plans for most of the week and we’re going to be enjoying lots of time together in the afternoons too. I had an AWFUL migraine on Saturday and spent most of the day sleeping on and off. Fortunately, Thomas was home so Daisy had someone to play toys with and keep her occupied. This weeks living arrows 9/52 post is now live!

Here you can see one of the pizzas that Daisy made with her Daddy. The pizza is a gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free pitta bread with tomato puree, herbs, ham and grated ‘cheese’. It’s really hard finding foods that are suitable for Daisy sometimes – at least if we want something convenient. Anyway, here she is with her creation!

Living Arrows 8/52 [2019]

Happy Monday! Another week rolls around and I always feel like a new week is a great chance to start off on the right foot. We meal plan, schedule activities through the week and just enjoy lots of nice plans and time together. This weeks living arrows 8/52 post is now live!

Living Arrows 8/52 - Daisy and Mummy

This week Daisy got her first proper bike. It’s adorable! All pink, Disney, Minnie Mouse and just the things that Daisy loves. Despite all of my attempts to implement lots of unisex colours and lots of blue, Daisy is firmly a girl who loves pink, princesses and all things Disney!

Living Arrows 7/52 [2019] – Fun with bubbles

Happy Monday! I hope you’ve had a fantastic weekend. I’m looking forward to another week ticking by and a few changes are happening this week. Firstly, this morning, my Mum has her heart scan this morning, so we can find out what is happening with her heart. Then my brother will be in town now 5 days a week, and I’m looking forward to getting to see him lots too. Daisy loves all of her Uncles but probably sees more of my brother Anthoni than any of the others, as sometimes we holiday together. This weeks living arrows 7/52 post is now live!

Living Arrows 7/52 [2019] - Fun with bubbles

Last week Daisy and I had a day at home, with Thomas too, where we just enjoyed being in each others company. Daisy asked if we could take a photograph together and I was only too happy to oblige!
