Living Arrows 37/52 [2019]

Happy Monday! I hope you’ve had a great weekend. Daisy and I spent some time a home, which gave me a chance to catch up on work and chores. Daisy has been over to visit our new house as we got the keys a few days ago! Work is already underway and it was great to be able to show Daisy the garden and the rooms before any work was started. This weeks living arrows 37/52 post is now live!

I just snapped this quickly on my phone as it was the first time that Daisy had been in our new garden and I didn’t want to miss documenting it! Daisy was SO happy to see that we have a garden, lots of grass and some trees. I know she’s not noticed all of the work that it needs, which is nice, and she was just so happy to have some outside space to play in.

Living Arrows 36/52 [2019]

What a month so far! We’ve been offered a house AND heard that it is now ready. We’re going to pick up the keys tomorrow which is very exciting! I’m trying to keep everything calm at home for Daisy, and not talk to her too much about all of the upheaval that is coming. I’ve been a bit slack with Living Arrows for the last few weeks, as we’ve just been busy running around and being excited for our new home! This weeks living arrows 36/52 post is now live!

This photo from Daisy isn’t strictly from this week! However, I’ve just found it and shared it on my Instagram, talking about our week ahead. I’m so excited to get to shop for our new home. We haven’t had lots of time to take photographs in the last few weeks, as it has been SO hot in our home that we’ve mostly been lounging around with no tops on!

Good morning! I hope you’ve had a great start to your week. We were supposed to be heading off to the hospital this Friday for allergy testing, but they have had to postpone this now due to staffing issues. It’s a shame but we’re going to just get to enjoy more time together instead. This weeks living arrows 33/52 post is now live!

This photo is just over a week old but I wanted to share this photo, as I know I’ll want to look back on this little trip out in the future.

Happy Monday! I hope you’ve had a great week. Daisy had no side effects from her vaccinations, which was great, and has enjoyed a great week. Despite this, I’m going to show you a photo from the week before last, as I just can’t resist. I can’t believe how grown-up Daisy is looking. She is almost 3.5 and I swear the last few years have just whizzed by in a blur! This weeks living arrows 32/52 post is now live!

I took this photo of Daisy in Grandma’s garden last week. It really hit home for me that we will have our own garden too, and that Daisy looks SO grown up with her hair like this. I’m so glad we let her choose her own hair cut and she seems to be really happy with it too. We still need to clip it back, as it does go in her face a little, but she seems cooler overnight and just generally more content when playing. I don’t have to see her moving the hair from her eyes 100 times a day now which is nice.

Living Arrows 31/52 [2019]

Happy Monday – I hope you had a lovely weekend! We sure did! Thomas was home from work this weekend and we really all had a chance to recharge our batteries. All in all, it has been a lovely week. Daisy had her pre-school booster injections and handled them so well. No tears or sadness, no anger & best of it she didn’t suffer any negative side effects, which I was so relieved about with her having FPIES. This weeks living arrows 31/52 post is now live!

Living Arrows 31/52

Daisy enjoyed a nap in the daytime, which rarely happens anymore. It was so lovely to get half hours peace, although she did wake up quite upset afterwards as her injections were coming up. Daisy was definitely feeling anxious beforehand, but I explained that the pain would be momentary and she would be feeling fine afterwards. Also, I briefly explained the importance of vaccinations to her too.
