*This is a collaborative post*. Holidays are some that we love to take as a family. In 2017 we have been on 5 holidays and a few short breaks too. I’m really happy that we get to have a wonderful amount of holidays together. Working hard affords us the luxury of choosing where we go on holiday and my husband gets a good amount of holiday days at work too. In 2017 we went to Centerparcs several times. While dragging our suitcases through the forest from the car park they have taken on a bit of wear and tear. Today I’m thinking about getting ready for our next holiday – which will hopefully only be a few months away!
When we go away on our next holiday we will take at least 2 suitcases. We love to have one suitcase for Thomas and me to put our belongings in. We pack our clothes in this first suitcase, and then we pack the second suitcase just for Daisy. Usually, we will pack her clothes, her food, nappies, wipes and everything else that she could need. Also, we will pack her movement monitor too so we can make sure she is safe on holiday.
We are going to be in need of some new luggage for our next holiday, as ours has definitely seen better days! While having a little browse online I’ve been pointed towards the Tumi briefcase. I love that they have leather briefcases and these look amazing for toting my MacBook and assorted word paraphernalia with me on holiday. I like to do 15-30 minutes work per night, to ensure my workload isn’t huge when I get back from our holiday.
Holidays seem to roll around really fast for us! I can’t wait to find out where we are going to go next. At the moment it is a toss-up between going to Centerparcs (again!) or going abroad with my family. I’m going to be 30 in April so I think that we are going to have a blow-out holiday together. I’m really looking forward to it already but think that we should probably decide where we are going to go and actually make a booking. Before we know it the new year will be here and then I won’t have got anything done!
