You may remember last week that I was having a TOUGH week. The last few weeks were tough. My Mum had open heart surgery and Daisy was testing, to put it politely. Anyway, Daisy has cut through two new teeth now, and they have broken the gum. This is great as she’s only got 6 teeth to go now and has started to feel much better too! Anyway, the last week was a great one, with Daisy feeling good, and lots of fun together. Our Living Arrows 10/53 post is now live.
I snapped this photograph at Grandma’s house. Now that my Mum is home, and recovering well, I’m able to take Daisy over with me sometimes when I visit my Mum. This makes her happy and Daisy loves to visit her for a number of reasons – including all the Teletubbies toys she has there!
I’m so pleased that Daisy is feeling better. She has had an allergy flare-up the last 3 nights, but we’ve got to the bottom of the food she was eating now. I’m looking forward to this week. We’ve got plans for nursery twice, a day with Daisy’s grandparents and we also have an appointment with Daisy’s allergist too. I’m looking forward to seeing him, and seeing how Daisy is doing. It is really nice to have someone to talk to about Daisy’s FPIES and get some help with the months ahead. As Daisy hasn’t gained weight for quite a few months now I’m going to book another dietician appointment too.
I’m hoping to taking Daisy to soft play this week. This can be a little stressful, because of the risk of contact with allergens, but I know that she absolutely loves it so I’m going to go around with her and have fun too!
