Happy Monday – one of my favourite days of the week! We’ve got quite a relaxing week ahead and I’m looking forward to the Easter Weekend, as Thomas has Saturday and Sunday off work. We are going to enjoy a dairy free Easter egg with Daisy and a nice family dinner too. I can hardly wait now! Last week Daisy turned 2 and we had a wonderful day. We visited lots of family, ate good food and Daisy received so many presents we’ve still got new toys to unpack! This weeks Living Arrows post, Living Arrows 13/53, is now live – hope you enjoy it!
We had a lovely time visiting family for Daisy’s Birthday. Daisy received lovely presents, and some money to boost her savings account too. It was a great laugh and I’m already looking forward to the next time we all meet up!
We started the day by visiting Grandma’s house. Grandma had sourced a number of original Teletubbies toys for Daisy, from eBay, and had bought her toys from the new series too. They had great fun unwrapping the presents together and Daisy was really pleased with her loot. The toys that Grandma bought her are going to stay at Grandma’s house, as we are low on space, which I’m REALLY grateful for!
Daisy’s Birthday was a wonderful day and I can’t believe that I’m the Mum to a 2-year-old, already! The time just flies by doesn’t it. Daisy already seems to be talking more, being more independent and putting together better sentences. It’s mad the difference each month makes to children, and their development. I’m really looking forward to seeing what the next year holds for us. Happy Monday!
