What a lovely week we have had! The weather has been really nice for most of the week and as such we have been making more of an effort to get outside in the fresh air. Daisy has been able to go to the park several times, go out for long walks and generally tire herself out for the reintroduction of the bedtime routine. This weeks living arrows 16/52 post is now live!
Daisy was really excited to get to the new inclusive playground that has been built near our home.
We went off for a lovely walk through the town park on Friday. Annoyingly we didn’t have sun cream and so we made sure Daisy wore a hat and we were in the shade for as long as possible. I’ve placed an Amazon order now so we won’t get caught out again! I wasn’t expecting the weather to heat up this early and had just disposed of last year’s suncream.
It is so lovely that Thomas has 3-4 days off every week with us. It means we have lots of time to enjoy days out together and never feel pressured to cram everything into one weekend.
This week is going to be a VERY busy one! Daisy starts double hours at Nursery, so she will be going for 24 hours a week. This will consist of 1 12 hour day and 2 6 hour days. I’m looking forward to having extra time to work, give myself some self-care and cook/bake too! I’m going to be turning 31 and I’m going to the Crystal Maze with some of my lovely friends.
