Last week passed by in a flash. It went so fast in fact that I didn’t actually get time to write this until right now – as I post it. This is rare for me and shows just how disorganised and otherwise occupied I have been. We’ve got a few things going on offline and I was also waiting for a big win from matched betting. This meant that I was super distracted. Anyway, our Living Arrows 20/52 post is now live.

Living Arrows is a linky from the lovely Donna from What The Redhead Said. Parents are invited to link up weekly and share photos of their children from the previous week. I love taking part and I’m looking forward to looking back at the end of the year.

Living Arrows 20/52 – 2017

Living Arrows 20/52 - Daisy and Matilda having fun in soft play

You can just see how much fun these two are having can’t you?! They loved spending a few hours together and it was nice for me to have a little break and a drink too.

We had a wonderful time visiting soft play. It was great for me to have a chance to catch up with my sister-in-law. Also, I was able to have a nice break from work and eat some of the largest bowl of chips I’ve ever seen! I’ve been being healthier lately so this was a nice treat.

Living Arrows 20/52 - Daisy and Matilda playing in the ballpit

Daisy has been under the weather still but this was a good day fortunately. The sickness stayed at bay while we were out, and well into the following day. This was a really welcome reprieve for me and Daisy too of course.

This week we are spending a few days together before I head off to Manchester for the weekend. I’m attending the Blog On conference and I will also be going to a drinks event for the SHOMOs AND the BlogOn launch party. I’m really excited and looking forward to a break for a day or two! My husband is off work from Thursday morning until mid week next week which will be lovely for him too.

Is Matilda your niece, and a cousin to Daisy?
Really nice they enjoyed playing together, and I like how you choose a memorable photo for these Living Arrows 🙂

      Hi Dave! *waves*

Yes Matilda is my niece, on my husband’s side. So Daisy’s cousin. She only lives down the road and has been excited for months at having a friend to visit the soft play with!
