I can’t believe it is Monday already! My weekend in Manchester is over! It was my first weekend away from Daisy and the first time I didn’t sleep next to her at night. However, it was a great weekend with good friends and Daisy and Daddy got to have a whole weekend together. Our Living Arrows 21/52 post is now live.

Living Arrows is a linky from the lovely Donna from What The Redhead Said. Parents are invited to link up weekly and share photos of their children from the previous week. I love taking part and I’m looking forward to looking back at the end of the year.

Living Arrows 21/52 - Daisy eating toad in the hole

Daisy was so happy to spend the weekend with her Daddy Tom. My lovely husband took a whole week off work so we’ve got lots of time together this week too.

My trip to Manchester was lovely. On Saturday I travelled up to Manchester for drinks with the UK Money Bloggers and then off to the Blog On launch party. Then I went to the Blog On Conference on Sunday. It was a great weekend, with fantastic friends and goodie bags too!

While away my lovely husband sent me lots of photos of Daisy so I could see what she was up to. I really missed her but I was also really proud of myself for following through with the weekend. I had a lovely time and I’m so happy I went.

This week will see us getting back to normal life again. We have some trips to the allotment planned, a trip to Southend and lots of nice time together too. I’m so happy to be home now and knackered too!

She missed me, when I was at the train station and she met me (super late at night) however she's back to normal now and ignoring me in favour of Buzz Lightyear. Was lovely to meet you too x
