Living Arrows 29/53 – Daisy and Mummy day

Life has been so hectic recently! I’ve spent lots of time running from place to place, heading into London and generally just being really, really busy. This weekend just passed I decided to live at a bit of a slower pace, for self preservation if nothing else. I didn’t take a lot of photographs, I didn’t do much work and we just generally took it easy. I got a little cleaning done, and some organising, and Daisy and I spent lots of time together. This weeks Living Arrows post is live, Living Arrows 29/53.

Living Arrows 29/53

Daisy and I were having a cuddle on the sofa together when I decided that I wanted to take a photograph of her. It’s not perfect, but it is us, together, on the sofa, relaxing. I know I’ll want to look back at this moment and remember how happy we were. It was a great relaxing day, playing lots of toys, and Daisy was in a wonderful mood for most of the day too. It was really lovely, and I felt so relaxed at the time of this photograph.

Sometimes a day home together relaxing is just what the Doctor ordered. Also, Daisy enjoyed some time with my Mum on Sunday just the two of them. They went to the park, played in the garden, enjoyed a picnic and had lots of time together. Daisy loves being able to spend time with my Mum and I’m so glad that she is getting back on track after her open-heart surgery too.

If you enjoyed this Living Arrows post you may enjoy looking back at our first full year of Living Arrows. Also, you can look back on this same week last year, Living Arrows 29/52, – if you fancy a look at how much Daisy has changed! Funnily enough Daisy posed for a photograph with me this same week last year – must be something in the air!

Mum & Daisy have a great relationship. I feel really lucky that both our Mums get to have Daisy regularly and help us out too!

It’s hard sometimes to find the balance isn’t it. I find with my illnesses when I take on too much I just end up making myself ill then I’m basically forced to have a break. I need to find a good balance.

You are totally right, I often record moments which are far from perfect pictorially but they remind me of such beautiful memories. Hope you have a wonderful Summer together xx
