Happy Monday! I’m running a bit late today so apologies for that! Last week, on Monday night, Daisy became unwell. For 4 whole days and nights she was vomiting really frequently. Initially we thought that it was a bug, then it became clear that she was reacting to coconut. We’ve had issues with coconut in the past but now it seems like she cannot have coconut at all. This is a real shame as it means there are almost no yoghurts, and ice creams and similar things that she can have now. Also, for poor Daisy it means that even now, a week later, and 3 days after we elimininated the coconut she is still struggling. Anyway, another week has passed by and my Living Arrows 3/53 post is now live!

Living Arrows 3/53 - Daisy is playing on her sick day

As you can see Daisy is a little snotty here, but she is having great fun with Duplo. Daisy has the *Duplo Town Square building set and we played with it for almost 2 hours. I was building all the different areas and Daisy was undoing all my work. This was fine with me, as she was having great fun, but may get a little bit old in a few more weeks…!

We’ve had a bit of an up and down week really. With Daisy being poorly she stayed off nursery all week. This meant that I didn’t really get any time to get any work done. The overwhelm built up a bit but I’ve managed, by working a couple of evenings, and feeling a bit less stressed going into this week!

Daisy seems to be a lot better now and today she has gone off with her Daddy to Stratford for the day. This has given me a few hours to work and then go and run some errands. I’m really enjoying the peace. Hope you have a wonderful week ahead – hope we do too!

Poor Daisy, it must be awful for her. I hope you can find a few treats that she can have, it must be so frustrating for you all. She always looks so happy in the photo’s on living arrows despite how poorly she must feel. I hope this week is a better one for you x

Thanks so much. She’s such a trooper and is really used to just living this life now. I can’t wait to see if she outgrows it all in the future. I really hope so.

Oh bless her. I can’t imagine having a child with diet issues – it must be so sad for her and so difficult for you. I hope she’s feeling better now x
