Living Arrows 34/52

We had a wonderful week last week. As always recently my husband worked too much but we managed to fit in some time together. We went for a lovely little picnic on Thursday. Tom was off to work in the evening but it was a nice little break from our day to day life. We only walked downstairs from our flat to the water fountain outside and sat on the grass. It was really enjoyable – my living arrows 34/52 post is now live.

Living Arrows is a linky from the lovely Donna from What The Redhead Said. Parents are invited to link up weekly and share photos of their children from the previous week. I love taking part and I’m looking forward to looking back at the end of the year.

Living Arrows 34/52 - Daisy playing during her picnic

Daisy is getting really confident on her feet now and loves running around exploring. She was THRILLED when two dogs came over to join our picnic!

Living Arrows 34/52

Daisy seems to enjoy exploring nature and her favourite word at the moment is ‘wow’. She says is repeatedly, and it hasn’t got annoying. Yet.

It was lovely to have a picnic together this week. It was an ideal way to spend some time with Tom before he had to head off to work without taking a lot of time out of our day. Daisy seemed to enjoy herself and it was lovely watching her running around with Tom, exploring and climbing up the little grassed hills outside our home. I hope you’ve enjoyed this Living Arrows 34/52 post. I love taking part in this linky each week and it is great to look through my photographs regularly to see what I want to share this week.

Thanks so much Maria! Daisy loves trying to eat sticks but also pick up cigarette butts and other inappropriate rubbish off the floor haha

Daisy looks like she’s having lots of fun exploring, it just goes to show that you don’t need to venture far from home to have a wonderful time. It’s so sweet that she says ‘wow’ to everything much better than ‘why’ which inevitably comes next ! Have a lovely week x

Oh we’ve had the why phase (once so far) but it was replaced with where! When she wakes up WHERE MUMMY. Then where, where, where, all day! Hahahaha ! Kids hey!

She is a really tall girl too – 98th centile for height I think! She is going to be almost as tall as her Daddy I think! (he’s 6 foot 2!)

She looks so happy with life in that top picture! So sweet that she says “Wow” to everything – I guess everything is awesome when you’re little!

Yeah it really is isn’t it! I wish I could go back just for a few minutes to experience what it was like to see things for the first time.

Picnics are a great idea to snatch some time together – and that looks like a beautiful spot for a picnic! x

They really are! We only had a short time but it was lovely. That spot is just downstairs outside our flat. I’ll miss it when we move!
