Happy Monday! I hope you’ve had a great weekend. Daisy and I spent some time a home, which gave me a chance to catch up on work and chores. Daisy has been over to visit our new house as we got the keys a few days ago! Work is already underway and it was great to be able to show Daisy the garden and the rooms before any work was started. This weeks living arrows 37/52 post is now live!
I just snapped this quickly on my phone as it was the first time that Daisy had been in our new garden and I didn’t want to miss documenting it! Daisy was SO happy to see that we have a garden, lots of grass and some trees. I know she’s not noticed all of the work that it needs, which is nice, and she was just so happy to have some outside space to play in.
What a week it has been! Not only did we pick up our keys but we have had LOTS of other things on too! From today I have a packed week of activities including boiler inspection, flat inspection, lots of deliveries, the boiler & heating being re-commissioned and I’m off to meet a friend for lunch tomorrow. Also, on top of all that I’ve got lots of work to fit in AND I’m off to Bracknell for a conference on Friday for the weekend. Eek! I know it’ll all get done, somehow, and I’m looking forward to sharing what we’ve been up to in a weeks time.
Daisy was VERY excited about the bedrooms in our new house and looks forward to us sleeping in the ‘family room’, which is what she calls our bedroom. I’m sure that Daisy will move into her own room eventually, but we aren’t going to rush her as soon as we move in, as there are lots of changes going on.
Have a great week!
