We’ve had an up and down week here. Mostly down but we won’t dwell much! The cat needed an emergency vet trip, for a tooth pulling. Our fish tank started leaking. Daisy got a black eye at nursery. I was under the weather. Blah, blah, blah. On the plus side we had LOTS of time together this week with Thomas as he didn’t work so much. This was fantastic for us and meant that we got to go out and have some quality time together. This weeks living arrows 37/52 post is now live.

Living Arrows is a linky from the lovely Donna from What The Redhead Said. Parents are invited to link up weekly and share photos of their children from the previous week. I love taking part and I’m looking forward to looking back at the end of the year.

Living Arrows 37/52 - Being silly together

I love this photography, despite it not being perfect. We had been to feed the ducks. They were not remotely interested in the peas and sweetcorn the internet told us they would enjoy… HA! Thomas is trying to get Daisy to say cheese and being silly, I’m laughing because cheese is poison to Daisy and Daisy is saying POT. As she just learned this wasn’t a box and was in fact a pot!

Living Arrows 37/52 - Daisy and Daddy

I love this photograph I captured. Daisy is talking to Daddy about the tree, in her little language. She is pointing, as you can, and Daddy is always fascinated by every story Daisy tells him. Her speech is coming on really well now and she can tell you that she wants a drink, or a cuddle etc. This is a lovely age. Despite all the germs she brings home from nursery!

An up and down week. Like I said. Still, we are all here, Izzy (the cat) survived her trip to the vets and I’m feeling better now. Phew! Hoping this week will be a little less eventful. Daisy is FINALLY off to the allergist on Wednesday – yay!

Oh sorry, I should have mentioned that I also tried feeding the ducks sweetcorn and peas and they didn’t like them here either!
Send me the bill if you want, and make sure you add on the cost of cooking them! 🙂

Thanks so much. This stage is really enjoyable (mostly) and I can’t wait to see what she learns every time she goes out for the day!
