Another week has rolled around. Where do they go? I look forward to Monday as I love that feeling of a fresh new week starting. Working from home full-time means I never really know where the week is going to take us. We may have plans for practical things, such as the dentist, or plans for a day out but besides that who knows?! We’ve had weeks that have been amazing and weeks that are not so amazing, one consistent remains. Being together. Spending time with my family makes me feel absolutely privileged. I love knowing that my daughter doesn’t have to go to a nursery and that we can do almost anything at a moments notice.  Living Arrows 9/52 is now live!

Living Arrows is a linky from the lovely Donna from What The Redhead Said. Parents are invited to link up weekly and share photos of their children from the previous week. I love taking part and I’m looking forward to looking back at the end of the year.

Living Arrows 9/52 – 2017

Living Arrows 9/52

A week of new foods and drink!

This week has been about firsts for Daisy. Daisy has been enjoying lots more delicious new foods and drinks. It is a brand new style of cup, the 360 insulated Maxi Cup and anything that keeps drinks cooler is great for us. Daisy loves an ice cold drink and even say ‘ahhhh’ after she swallows – which is just adorable.

Also, Daisy tried a new recipe from a weaning cookbook that we are reviewing. She was having one of her days where she doesn’t want to eat much and this changed that right around. Food aversions can be awful for little ones so watching Daisy chow down on a huge dinner made me feel so happy.

Another good week here filled with the simple things in life. Perhaps next week we’ll all have shaken off our nasty colds and will have a nice day out or two.

It IS a pretty big cup as Daisy is basically a giant for her age!

She loves using it and I think that is partly because it keeps the drinks so cool.

I really am Donna. This is exactly where I wanted my life to be when I had a child – if I had one. It took us 7 years! I love the simple weeks. I know as Daisy gets older it will become busier and I’ll be ready for that too! x

Thank you. It is hard work sometimes but we battle on hey! That sounds good about the Mondays though, at least you’re able to focus on work fully that day.
