We were gifted a voucher in exchange for this coverage. My husband and I aren’t really known for our grand romantic gestures. I’ll treat my husband to a holiday. He’ll treat me to a piece of jewellery from time to time – although less so since I remarked that I had too much! Sometimes I’ll get flowers, sometimes I won’t – for most of the year. I am really happy with our marriage, the strength of it, and how well we work as a couple. I’d much rather be rock solid, and financially secure, than have any number of the expensive gifts that I secretly hanker after. A new car for example!
As you can see the packaging from Morse Toad is really nice. The box came well protected in a large cardboard envelope. There was tissue paper around the box to hold it in place too.
What I love about Morse Toad is that you have a variety of options you can choose. If you’re not particularly creative then you can choose one of their standard options for a variety of special occasions. You can choose to personalise the chocolate yourself too – as I have done. I’m not creative really, as I’m sure you can tell…
I really like how it turned out. The personalisation of the chocolate is exactly how I designed it on the website. The delivery was prompt and the packaging is nice. Part of the gift giving is surely about the packaging, right?! Or is that just me?
Anyway – I think this is a really novel gift idea. I love chocolate, my husband does too I’m sure. Well, almost sure. Either way it doesn’t matter much as he’ll only have to eat 11 pieces. If he is lucky!
Valentine’s Day is a nice day to show your loved one what they mean to you. We aren’t really big on grand gestures on a set day of the year anymore. Gone are the years where my husband would make me a firework display in the garden at his parents house. Instead I prefer little token gifts to let my lovely husband know that he means the World to me. And that I want to share his chocolate. If you want to choose a more loving message for Valentine’s Day then be sure to check out the Morse Toad website. They have lots of choice and something on offer for most budgets.
