Recipe: Air fryer fries

Airfryer chips

I absolutely love these and never get tired of just how delicious they are! Crispy on the outside and lovely and fluffy on the inside. These airfryer chips are a great alternative to the chip shop and contain less fat too!

Shows I’ve been loving on Netflix this month

My likes and loves - Netflix

Netflix: The Chefs’ Line

A brilliant little cooking series where a team of professional chefs go up against ordinary home cooks. I won’t spoil it for you but I will say that they made absolutely delicious food and it was a short, snappy series which continued after we saw the winner crowned.

Netflix: Big Bang Theory (Season 12)

Season 12 is there now so I’ve been enjoying that. I’ve still got a few episodes to go, as I’ve been a bit too busy to watch much Netflix this month, but I was glad to see it added!

Product: *Crock-Pot Express Multi-Cooker

Likes and loves for November 2019 - Multi-cooker

I’ve been using this since moving into my new house and absolutely love it. It’s SO simple to cook dishes. If I am short of time I can load it up and use the pressure cooker function for a quick meal. I love a slow cooker, but have retired my triple slow cooker to a relative now, so they can enjoy it. Instead I have this multi-cooker which helps me slow cook, pressure cook and much more. I haven’t used all of the features yet but so far I’m loving what I have used and really excited to try lots more recipes out.

Natural light & fresh air!

We moved house back in early October and it has been absolutely LOVELY to have so much fresh air and natural light! I’m loving all of the windows and just being able to fling them open any time of the day to get a nice burst of fresh air. Our new home is a little damp and cold, but I’m so glad to have a home to ventilate properly and love opening the kitchen window while cooking or enjoying a nice coffee.

Product: *Natural Dead Sea Mud Mask

Likes and Loves June 2019

I’ve shared this before but I still love it. My small pot has kept me going for 6 months now, with occasional use. My skin feels lovely and soft after using it and it helps me squeeze in 10 minutes of time to relax during busy periods.

Recipe: Slow cooker BBQ ribs

slow cooker BBQ ribs

What’s not to love about this recipe? Soft yet crisp, delicious BBQ flavoured ribs just like the ones from the Chinese! The best thing about this fakeaway style dish is that it’s really easy to make, takes just minute and I can grill them just before serving. Also, it avoids the temptation of chicken balls and all the other treats that the Chinese tempts us with.

I hope you’ve enjoyed my Likes and Loves for November 2019. I’m making this a regular feature and I’m looking forward to sharing more of the little things that made my month more enjoyable with you.
