Well, here we are! The end of the year is upon us. I’m publishing this update a little early, as I know that we aren’t going to get anything else crossed off now. 2018 has been a pretty good year for our family, but we hope that 2019 will be even better! Here is our final 2018 bucket list update!
Here is a reminder of our 2018 bucket list at the beginning of the year:
I’ve gone through and updated our 2018 bucket list using a traffic light system. Green means we’ve already achieved something, at least once. Orange means that the wheels were set in motion for completing something. Red obviously means that we haven’t completed it. Anyway, here it is… our final 2018 bucket list update:
If you want to be nice feel free to give this a pin – or better yet follow me on Pinterest!
So as you can see there are two more completed items on the bucket list update!
Here are some photos and video from our year as we completed items off our bucket list:
Enjoy a boat ride:
Take a ride on the Emirates airline:
See my review of riding the Emirates airline cable car where there is a rather shaky video too!
Make a wreath for Christmas:
I made this on a trip to Centerparcs. We had lots of visits again this year and I feel very lucky!
Take monthly family photos:
Go on a day out with my in-laws:
There were some items that we didn’t complete on the list. These were mostly smaller things, or family days out. We were going to go to Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park but then we were all under the weather. We actually drove past Stonehenge but didn’t have time to queue to go in. A holiday abroad didn’t happen, because of Daisy’s FPIES. Right now staying local works for us but we are hoping to go to Disneyland Paris sometime soon! We did go to Centerparcs lots though! If you’re wondering how I can afford to visit Centerparcs so much it is because I get free holidays thanks to matched betting! I save up the money that I make through the year and use some of it to have lovely breaks with my family.
All in all 2018 has been a great year. I’ve not yet decided if I’m going to publish a 2019 bucket list – I will probably decide between Christmas and the New Year! I feel really grateful that I get to do lots of wonderful trips, holidays and activities with my family.
