We were gifted these pouches in exchange for coverage. I am a BIG fan of saving money. If you’re a regular on my blog you’ll already know this. I love to do a number of things to save my family money as £1 saved is the same as £1 earned for me. Money is money after all. Today I want to share with you how I’ve been saving money on baby food – by making my own! We’ve been using Hello Little Monsters reusable baby food pouches, which are reusable!
What are Hello Little Monsters baby food pouches?
These reusable baby food pouches are BPA free, easy to clean, simple to fill and perfect for weaning little ones. Be sure to check out my weaning essentials. They have a screw top lid, like a normal supermarket baby food pouch would, which means that my daughter wasn’t able to tell a difference between these and her regular pouches she was eating for months.
Our Hello Little Monsters baby food pouches have been filled with the same recipe a few times now. I’ve had no issues with staining and the pouches have been simple to empty each time. I have been slow cooking berries, beef stock, beef, carrots, onions and parsnips. Then I blend them in my Nutribullet before filling the pouches.
I love that these pouches have clear windows as it means I can see how much food is inside the pouch. Also, I can see that everything has been blended properly before I give the pouches to Daisy.
Being able to get lots of fruits and vegetables into my daughter, with ease, is ideal. Also, as Daisy has FPIES it gives me a fantastic way to ensure that her meals are allergen free and also help friends and family do the same. These pouches are ideal for smoothies, purees and even milkshakes which I thicken with banana.
The Hello Little Monsters reusable baby food pouches have an RRP of £15.95 but can currently be found *reduced on Amazon.
We received our Hello Little Monsters reusable baby food pouches for free in exchange for this post, as well as two packs to give away to two lucky winners. All opinions are our own, as always.
