We received the item featured in this post in exchange for coverage. My nieces are HUGE Harry Potter fans, and as such I was practically bursting at the seams when I saw the Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak for the first time. I got to see the cloak, in all it’s glory, when I attended Blog On back in September 2019. The concept of the cloak is a simple one – cover yourself in the glorious cloak, use the Wow! Stuff app and then when you see the footage back you will have disappeared. Wow! See me using the Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak below!
(AD) I've recently been sent the #WOWStuffInvisibilityCloak and it is SO fun! Here I am having a play with it – and loving every second! Head over to @BlogOnUK before 7pm for a chance to win one yourself! x pic.twitter.com/opjs2qyIcL

How does the Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak work?
Magic. Just kidding. This Wizarding World inspired cloak makes it look like anything disappears and all you need to use with it is the Wow! Stuff app, which is free to download.
Open the box, unbox the phone stand and download the free app on your smartphone. Then you can set the scene for the background you’re going to be standing against, by hiding out of view. Then you’re ready to start using the cloak.
On the app you can take photographs or video, and there is a handy timer too. This means you can set the app up, by yourself, and then get into position to start your video perfectly or take the best posed photographs. You can re-enact some of the best parts of the films, such as being a floating head, which is great fun!
What is Harry Potter’s Invisibility Cloak made of?
In the book Harry Potter’s Invisibility Cloak is made from unknown materials and fashioned by Death! This cloak is made from polyester. It has a green lining, for the green screen effect of the app to work correctly, and the other side is patterned, like in the films, and has serpent intertwined borders.
What did I think of the Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak?
Reallllllly fun! I spent far too long playing with this and I know that my niece is going to absolutely love it too. This is ideal for children age 6+ but even smaller children, with supervision, could easily use the app that comes with this cloak. It’s great fun and perfect for Harry Potter fans. There really is no end to the way that you could use this creatively. For example I’ve seen people disappearing and turning into their dogs, or other family members. By setting the scene carefully you can do just about anything!
Where can you buy the Harry Potter Invisibility Cloak?
You can purchase the cloak, with an RRP of £59.99, from Smyths, Argos, Hamleys and Platform 9&3/4.
