Last week I really fancied chicken nachos! I decided to pop the chicken and the veggies in the slow cooker, then I only needed 10 minutes preparation for serving up. This is such an easy recipe so here is my slow cooker chicken nachos recipe – hope you enjoy it!
I’m a real fan of using my slow cooker, as my regular readers will know. Being able to pop a delicious meal into my slow cooker is so convenient for us as a family.
We don’t have to eat at a set time and if we are running late for dinner time we can just put it on ‘keep warm’. So convenient.

It really depends on the recipe, I would say yes for this one, as it just doesn’t have a lot of liquid, and you want it to cook well without sticking.
