Easy slow cooker chicken casserole recipe

When the colder nights draw in there is nothing I love more than coming home to a delicious slow cooker dinner. Being able to set my slow cooker in the morning, in just minutes, makes me feel productive and organised for the day ahead. Coming home, from work or play, to a hot dinner makes for a more relaxing day. It takes just 5-10 minutes to get this in your slow cooker pot – even less if you skip the browning steps. This easy slow cooker chicken casserole recipe can cook on low all day, or even overnight, or can be cooked on high in just a few hours, for those days when you don’t have time. Salt and pepper chicken recipe

In the past, before our daughter was born, we would always cook Chinese food. Mostly my husband. We have resolved to get back to our old habits with this and save ourselves lots of money. Recently we enjoyed egg fried rice and salt and pepper chicken. You can scroll near the end of this post to find a printable recipe card for my salt and pepper chicken recipe!
