2018 Christmas Gift Guide for Pets

Our pets were really our babies before our daughter was born. We have cats, fish and a turtle. We also have a family dog, that we spend time with. I love to treat our pets, as I do the rest of our family, at Christmas time. Today I want to share with you a selection of the items that we will be gifting to our family pets, in my 2018 Christmas Gift Guide for Pets.

2018 Christmas Gift Guide for Pets

Our cat Izzy really is the Queen of all of our pets. Izzy is the first to be fed, even over her cat sister Jasmine. Izzy was diagnosed at birth with a heart defect, and we expected her to die a long time ago, but she keeps ticking over and living the lazy life. This shark pet bed, from Cool Stuff, is perfect for her. It has a large opening, giving her lots of room to climb inside, and it’s super soft inside. The bed within is removable, which is perfect for giving it a weekly refresh. You can even press this down flat if need be, to store it away. It says that this is hand wash only, but I’ve already washed it on a hand wash cycle in my machine and it has held up great! I love how easy this is to wipe over too.

Christmas food and drink guide 2017

I don’t know about you but one of the things that I really enjoy at Christmas time is the food and drink. This year I’ve tried out a few goodies that I have never heard of, or tried before. I want to share a few of the lovely items in this Christmas food and drink guide. Hope you enjoy having a look!

Christmas food and drink guide - Crabtree and Evelyn

This lovely mini shortbread biscuits musical tin from Crabtree & Evelyn is available for £15. This is not only a delicious tasty Christmas addition BUT you could use it as a gift instead. The tin is a musical one and is the perfect festive biscuit tin that is hand wound. The only thing I would say is if you were giving this as a gift it DOES make a few twangs in the box. Very cute!

Christmas food and drink guide - Cartwright & Butler The Pocklington Large Metal Tin Hamper

milk&more offer a wide range of goodies from Cartwright & Butler. They have this beautiful hamper, for £96.99, that is the ideal gift for a wide range of relatives and also contains delicious goodies for Christmas time including biscuits, nuts and fudge.

If you’re looking for a healthier snack at Christmas time then check out Wellaby’s Simple Bakes. Coming in flavours of spicy chilli, sea salt & pepper and smoky BBQ these have an RRP of £1.79. They are gluten, dairy, egg and nut free, and contain 70% less fat than regular potato crisps. They are available from Waitrose and Ocado too – ideal for your Christmas shop for delicious goodies!

Christmas food and drink guide - James White Drinks

Well what can I say about these juices? These are ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! We received a few boxes of these lovely fruit juices and we took them away on holiday with us. Sitting in the hot tub, sitting Cox apple juice is a little different to what we will do with the remaining juices at Christmas time I know! These juices are beautiful alone or would make the great basis for a cocktail or two at Christmas time! Also, if you’re looking for something as an alternative to wine then the Bramley apple juice is going to go lovely in a wine glass! RRP £2.66 per 75cl bottle. You can buy them from the James White website.

Christmas food and drink guide - Great Uncle Cornelius Refresher Range

This is another great range of non-alcoholic drinks. The refresher range from Great Uncle Cornelius is absolutely delicious. The lemon refresher was my absolute favourite for sure! The ginger refresher is delicious, served hot or cold, and is perfect for the cold Christmas nights ahead. The RRP of these drinks is £2.50 per 75cl bottle. You can buy them from the James White website.

This is just a selection of the delicious food & drink that we are looking forward to enjoying over the Christmas period. I hope you’ve enjoyed finding out about some brands that I hadn’t heard from before!

I received the items featured in this Christmas food and drink guide, or similar items from the same brands, for free, in exchange for inclusion.

Toddler Christmas Gift Guide 2017

I’m the Mum of a busy, active one year old. Daisy will be two in March so she is well and truly a toddler now. Daisy loves nothing more than building things, putting blocks together and generally making a mess. I’ve compiled this Toddler Christmas Gift Guide to help you find gifts for the little ones in your family this year – I hope you find it useful!
