Stay safe in the car with cognitive behaviour therapy exercises (AD)

AD. Winter is here and gosh do we know it! We’ve already had lots of ice and frost where we live, as well as a little fog too. My thoughts have turned to getting our car ready before the long journeys visiting family and friends post Christmas. Car safety is really important to me as I’m a bit of an anxious passenger! Today I’m going to share a few tips with you on ensuring that your car is safe this Winter and talk about my own passenger anxiety a little too, and how I deal with that safely.

Review: Santa’s Woodland Workshop at Centerparcs

My family are big fans of visiting Centerparcs. We have taken part in a number of activities in the past but one of our favourites, is visiting Santa’s Woodland Workshop. Our daughter Daisy was just 7 months old when we first visited. We have visited in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Santa has been visited in Longleat, Woburn and Elveden by us, and we’ve been so pleased with this activity. We’re going back in 2020 and already have our slot booked!

This is our review of Santa’s Woodland Workshop. If you’re reading this as you’ll be visiting Centerparcs soon then be sure to check out what to pack for Centerparcs! Also, if you’re wondering how I can afford to visit Centerparcs so much it is because I get free holidays thanks to matched betting! I save up the money that I make through the year and use some of it to have lovely breaks with my family.

Santa's Woodland Workshop

As you can see we were very excited to get inside! It was raining LOTS on of one the occasions that we visited but it didn’t dampen our spirits or stop us from having fun.

Enjoying a real Christmas tree even in a small space (AD – Gifted)

We were gifted the featured item in exchange for coverage. I’ve made no secret of it but we live in a very small home. At present we are in a one-bedroom-flat and we are always working on de-cluttering, organising and cleaning to keep our home pristine. Having piles of clutter around can feel overwhelming at times and this is why I work hard on keeping our home as tidy and organised as possible. We have never had a real Christmas tree in our 8 Christmases living together, until this year! We have been gifted a tree from Pines and Needles and I’m going to give you a look at it and share my thoughts on the quality. If you’re decorating too then why not put on my top 10 Christmas songs and enjoy decorating!
