AD. I’m not sure about you but I can ALWAYS use more sleep. Sleep is scarce in our house at times, and working late into the evening definitely does not help with this. Looking after myself, trying to sleep more, finishing work earlier and playing calming music are just some of the ways that I have been trying to improve my sleep.
