This is a super simple flapjack recipe to make individual flapjacks. With the use of my food processor, it is ready to go in the oven in a matter of minutes. I love simple recipes. I always seem to make a huge amount of mess when baking so this leaves me more time to clean up! Also, by using gluten-free oats this can be suitable for gluten-free recipe lovers too. I love making brownies, flapjacks and other tray bake style items. What I don’t love is trying to cut my baked goods in a uniform manner. This may seem like something small to be concerned about but in my household keeping things fair is key! This is what prompted me to purchase a Kitchen Craft Brownie Pan (*see it on Amazon).
The Kitchen Craft Brownie Pan is a 12 hole pan with each hole measuring 6cm x 2.5cm. This pan is made from commercial weight steel and it has a double layer of non-stick coating. The edges of each of the holes are rolled which makes this comfortable to use. I find that I am able to remove cooled brownies, flapjacks etc using a *palette knife.
