Good morning! I hope January has gone well for you! We’ve had a mixed bag this month, as I expect you’ll see from the results below! Here it is my aims for January 2020 – the results!Continue reading
For 2020 I’m trying to make more effort for myself. With my Winter skincare mostly. Also, I’m trying to stop having a frizzy birds nest for hair too. It got real bad when I was in bed with the flu over Christmas time! I’ve really whittled down the products that I use in recent years and now I stick to buying the same make-up and skincare over and over as if it works why change things? Today I’ve got a few tips to share to help you save money on beauty products.Continue reading
When it comes to heating I am a firm believer that if you are cold then you should just put the heating on. I have never been a person to try and cut back on heating costs, at least until recently!

Meals that don’t require a lot of prep time – as I need to get organised for Christmas still. Having absolutely minimal food waste is always important to me but I’m making things stretch even further at the moment because we still have so many house jobs to pay for. I will be taking steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries and this week I’m going to visit Lidl or Aldi for my shop, rather than doing an online shop. We’ve got lots of supplies in the fridge & freezer for Daisy, including her specialist bread and snacks, so I’m hopeful I won’t need to visit a ‘big’ supermarket again this week. I only spent £45 last week, including about £10 of treats, so I was really pleased!Continue reading
