Start the New Year off right with a savings challenge

In 2016, 2017 and 2018 I embarked on some savings challenges. Some of my challenges were small; have enough money to pay for Christmas without debt, and others were big; save enough money to buy a house. I’m really proud to say that we have achieved most of our savings goals in the last few years. Anyway, now that the New Year is here this is the PERFECT time for you to set yourself a savings goal. Some of the savings challenges I’m going to share with you today, shared by other bloggers, are designed to run the entire year. As we are only a few days into the New Year you can join in now and won’t get behind! So, start the New Year off right with a savings challenge!

How can I have a toddler already?! Anyway, in 2017 I set myself some blogging goals. I performed quite average to be honest, failing at ALL of my social media aims. However, I did achieve all of the other aims so I’m hoping that this year I can just continue doing what I love while having an aim in mind for a number of areas. Here are my blogging goals for 2018 and what I hope to achieve!

New Year, New You – Laugh through January

January is a bit of a rubbish month really isn’t it. Even if you’re good with money it is still not the best. The long pay day, the short daylight, the weather. Not much about January is cheery. Personally I like the new year. I like to set my goals for the year. I also love to spring clean my home. Besides that though I can see why people find January depressing. By this point in the month I’m looking forward to January being over. The New Year is the ideal time to think about what you want to achieve for the year. New Year, New You and all that!
