I’m a BIG fan of using my slow cooker. I love the ease of loading it up in the morning, leaving it cooking for the day and then serving up a delicious and cheap meal. Easy slow cooker recipes, UK ones, are my absolute favourite. Anything that takes 10 minutes or less to prepare and then cooks all day is great for me! If slow cooker recipes aren’t your thing then be sure to check out my mealtime inspiration post for other recipes.
I’m a real fan of using my slow cooker. During the day I can spend a few minutes loading it up and then when my husband gets home we have dinner ready. I love the convenience of the slow cooker and that we can eat our dinner, together, whenever we are ready. This means if our daughter is ill, or stays up later than expected, that our dinner is ruined. Today I want to share with you my slow cooker cottage pie. This takes just over 5 minutes to get into the slow cooker. If you’re looking for some inspiration for other slow cooker recipes then be sure to check out my Easy slow cooker recipes (UK recipes).
I have a few health problems, which means there are days when I’m at home in agony. I still want to make a dinner for my family, but don’t always have lots of effort to put in. Today I want to share with you one of my easiest recipes ever! You can use leftover wine, if you’re the type of person who has leftover wine, or stock, if you’re not. It’s really an absolute doddle and you can have this slow cooker chicken mushroom pie filling in your slow cooker in minutes. Regular readers of my blog will know that I am a HUGE fan of my slow cooker. I have shared several slow cooker recipes in recent months, and have more in my drafts.
Today I am going to share with you my Russell Hobbs slow cooker review. The model that I have is the Russell Hobbs 19790 3.5l slow cooker and this is quite a new addition to my household. You can see my specific slow cooker model by clicking *here.
I previously had a cheap model, that I got from a supermarket for £10. When this was knocked in the cupboard it got a huge dent in it.
The ceramic inside the slow cooker then started to crack and I lost my confidence in using it overnight while in bed. I decided on this model, after reading a number of favourable reviews.
