Good morning, Happy Friday. I hope you and your loved ones are keeping well. Doing my best to keep busy, and happy, here. I hope that this meal plan might inspire you to do the same for your family and make the most of some of the food that you already have at home.
Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. I feel really sad if we have to throw something in the bin, thinking of both the environmental impact and the fact that other people struggle to afford food. I am always trying to take steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries.
Keeping a nice meal plan helps me feel organised and in control. We are able to avoid food waste, make the most of our money and enjoy a nice family meal together at the end of each day, no matter what we have been doing.

My favourite meal plan from last week: Menu Plan Monday
The Meal Planning Linky Week #118
Planning 7 dinners for our family is typically what works best for us. It gives us lots of choices and means we can just roll over any meals that we don’t eat until the next week.
The meals for the Meal Planning Linky Week #118 are:
Lamb kofta with no yeast flatbreads
Salt and pepper chicken with egg fried rice
Slow cooker jacket potatoes, beans & cheese
Pizza night (homemade pizza dough made in the breadmaker)
