Good morning! Hope you’re well. I’ve had a nice productive week, and can’t really believe there is just ONE more week before Daisy leaves Nursery forever! Wow! Anyway, here is my meal plan for the week before I start getting soppy!
Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. I feel really sad if we have to throw something in the bin, thinking of both the environmental impact and the fact that other people struggle to afford food. I am always trying to take steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries.

This week I’ve kept it SUPER simple. I’ve got a *Gousto box for 4 dinners and then the other 3 dinners I’ve just looked at what we already have in, and what I can make from those meals. This means the grocery shop has stayed quite low today, especially as we’ve cut back on the number of snacks we are buying.
I’ve been meal planning for over 2 years now pretty much every single week. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.
Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.
