Happy Friday, I hope you’ve had a great week. I’ve had a super productive week, alongside some medical appointments, and I’m really feeling positive that in a couple of weeks time I can enjoy a fortnight off school and work with Daisy!
Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. I feel pretty rubbish if we have to throw something away, usually thinking of the environmental impact and the fact that other people struggle to afford food around the world. I am always trying to take steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries.

This week I am using up a couple of Simply Cook meal kits that I have in my pantry. You can get a *FREE Simply Cook box for yourself (new customers only). I love the kits, as they help me make a delicious meal, and they’re not too expensive either!
I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much every single week. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.
Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

The Moroccan lamb burgers sound delicious. I wish my family liked minced beef more, but they do like the Quorn equivalent.

You could definitely make them with Quorn too!
