Hello, I hope you’re well! We are about to start two weeks off school and I’m excited not to have to do the school run first thing in the morning! I’ve planned some easy dinners for the week ahead, as I’ve been feeling sick a lot of the day and don’t want to resort to buying lots of takeaways because I feel too sick or tired to cook.
Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. I feel really sad if we have to throw something in the bin, thinking of both the environmental impact and the fact that other people struggle to afford food. I am always trying to take steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries.

I’ve been meal planning for well over 2 years now pretty much every single week. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.
Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

Have a fab half term. We have the rest of the week before we break up. I hope the sickness passes soon. I love everything you have planned. I keep meaning to put Katsu curry on my meal plan but it's one of those meals I always forget about x
