Good morning & happy Friday! Another week has zoomed by in our house. A week of house jobs, cleaning, work and not much else, but it has felt good anyway! I’m feeling super grateful that Daisy goes back to school Monday after her two week half term.
This will allow me to start getting on with some more of my ‘one day’ work jobs that I have been meaning to get around to doing for absolutely months now and have been slowly wading through since September.
I’ve gone with a mix of simple dinners from the supermarket as well as a Hello Fresh box this week to keep life simple! *Get £20 off for new customers.

Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. I feel really sad if we have to throw something in the bin, thinking of both the environmental impact and the fact that other people struggle to afford food. I am always trying to take steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries.
I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.

Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.
