Sometimes I can’t believe how long I have been sharing these meal plans for! They REALLY help to keep me on track. I love sitting down and thinking about what meals we’re going to enjoy in the coming week.
I’ve gone with a mix of simple dinners from the supermarket as well as a Hello Fresh box this week to keep life simple! (*Grab £46 off your first 3 boxes)

Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. I feel really sad if we have to throw something in the bin, thinking of both the environmental impact and the fact that other people struggle to afford food. I am always trying to take steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries.
I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.
Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

Sounds like a great week of meals. I know what you mean about leftovers. If I put leftovers on the menu plan, there are none left. If I don't, there are always loads. I can't win ! lol
