Happy Friday! Another week has flown by, and once again I’m rushing around trying to make a meal plan at the last minute. Whoops! I’m gradually catching up after months of sickness, although it’s still lingering in the background too!

Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. I feel really sad if we have to throw something in the bin, thinking of both the environmental impact and the fact that other people struggle to afford food. I am always trying to take steps to make sure we are avoiding overspending on groceries.
I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.
Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

Glad you're starting to get over the sickness. Love your whole week of meals. I've just started using my slow cooker again - it's lovely to come home to a meal ready and waiting to be gobbled up ! Hmmm chicken chow mein, sounds delicious :)

I am glad the sickness is a little better than it was. Great meal plan. So many warming, hearty meals. Just what we need with it being so chilly out x

The chicken tikka looks lovely, I have been wondering if I need an air fryer.

Thank you for making me your favourite meal plan for last week. I did stick to it, even though the days were mixed up! I really fancy air fryer tortilla chips now.
