The Meal Planning Linky Week #155 Meal Plan

Hello, Happy Friday! I hope you’re keeping well. i’ve got a SUPER easy week this week! I’m just repeating the meals from last week as we just didn’t get around to eating them. I forgot that we had a Hello Fresh box, but fortunately I was able to avoid food waste because we hadn’t purchased the items we needed for our meals anyway!

Last week we used Hello Fresh, which was great, and if you’ve never used them you can *get £20 off! This week I’m looking forward to being a little more hands on with my cooking, and practicing some of my recipes again! (I won’t forget about my delivery this week either!)

Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. It also helps us to save money and avoiding overspending on groceries.

I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.

Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.
