Happy Friday – I hope this week has gone well for you. As I write this Daisy is sitting in hospital in London, with my lovely husband, awaiting a trial for her FPIES! I’m nervous, but hoping to hear some good news soon.

Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. It also helps us to save money and avoiding overspending on groceries.
I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.
Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.
