The Meal Planning Linky Week #164 Meal Plan

Affiliate links in this post will be clearly marked with a * and if you click one of these links I will earn a discount or receive payment.

Hello! Happy Sunday. I hope your week has been a good one. I’ve been super grateful not to have to juggle schooling on top of everything else this week! I may have forgotten to schedule this to actually post on Friday – so sorry I’m late!

We have had a busy few weeks, since my Mum has been in hospital after her stroke, so I’m keeping the meal plans really simple, for the next few weeks at least. I’ve placed an order with Hello Fresh for a weekly box of 5-6 dinners, and if you’ve never signed up before you can get *£20 off your first box!

Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. It also helps us to save money and avoiding overspending on groceries.

I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.

Slow cooker spaghetti bolognese, slow cooker roast beef, slow cooker beef stroganoff and slow cooker cottage pie with text overlay that says tasty beef recipes for the slow cooker

Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom, I hope she is healing well ♥️. I love Hello Fresh, I was using it for a while but it got too expensive and my kids never wanted anything that we got. I started meal planning again to keep our food budget in check. I'm actually feeling a lot less stress knowing that I've got it all planned out.
