Hello! Happy Friday. Another week has zipped past. As we get closer to the birth of our second daughter it is fair to say that each of the weeks feels faster than the last. Eek!

I have been keeping our meal plans very simple lately, but this week I’m getting back into a little more cooking! I’ll be using a few Simply Cook kits and I have a *free box for new customers if you want that! I’m looking forward to cooking some of the recipes that we’ve had, and loved, before, and know that this weeks meal plan is going to be a very tasty one!

Meal planning helps us to have low food waste which is really important to me. It also helps us to save money and avoiding overspending on groceries.

I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great way for us to save money and I really enjoy having a nice variety of meals to choose from each week.

Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

It must be tricky getting ready for the birth with all of the covid restrictions in place. Not too stressful I hope ! Great idea to take some of the sweat out of dinners with Simply Cook. It all sounds lovely :)
