Hello, I hope you’re keeping well! The first week back at school has flown by, and I’m trying NOT to panic about the first ever Summer holidays with TWO children! I’m really grateful Thomas is going to be home, but also trying to get ahead with work now, to free up time for the future.
For the month of June we are going to be enjoying Gousto boxes. I recently shared on my Instagram that new customers can get 4 meals for 2 adults for just £14 with my *Gousto referral link. It is a GREAT offer, and lots of lovely people signed up, which means i’ve got a nice pile of credit for some free boxes for us!
I’m really grateful, and have been using the credit to branch out to allow us try different meals.
We will be adding some extras along the way, such as Charlie Bigham’s meals, as we really enjoy those and they are ideal for a simple meal too!

Meal planning definitely helps us to have more time as a family, eat better, avoid the lure of the takeaway too often and just feel more organised and productive.
I love knowing that the week of meals is planned thanks to Gousto, in advance, and I just need to buy snacks, drinks, pet and baby supplies at shopping. The boxes are a little expensive at full price, so we don’t always have them, but as we’ve got a new baby at home they’ve helped us keep on track.
I’ve been meal planning for several years now pretty much weekly. It is a great habit that I’ve formed, and I hope to always stay organised with this now!
Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

How to link up with The Meal Planning Linky Week #180
My favourite meal plan from last week’s linky: Madhouse Family Reviews
The Meal Planning Linky Week #180
Gousto: The Belgian Hellmann’s Mayo & Chips Beef Burger – I’ll make these air fryer chips
Gousto: Chorizo, Tomato & Spinach Spaghetti – I’ll probably make a simple garlic bread
Air fryer chicken fajitas– I’ll pick something from my ‘what to serve with fajitas‘ post, to make this stretch between the 3 of us.
Gousto: Coronation Chicken Naanwich & Spiced Potatoes
Gousto: Jumbo Prawn Jambalaya With Cajun Mayo
Gousto: Mexican Pork Chilli With Apple Salsa
Gousto: Chicken Tinga Tacos With Lime Mayo
We have TWO deliveries coming this week, one Sunday, one Thursday, so there are 8 dinners, but these are the 7 we’ll enjoy during the coming week.
There you have it, another week of tasty meals from me! I’m keeping it SUPER easy, and usually this would be more of a cost for us, but I’m super grateful for the referral credit I’ve built up in May!
I’m looking forward to just logging in weekly, selecting the meals, and everything being taken care of. Taking the time to cook, at the end of a long day, is really therapeutic for Thomas and I, so I’m glad we can keep that up even though we are busy AND tired at the moment!

That is a week of lovely sounding meals. I love the sound of the Naanwich! Meal planning keeps me sane, frankly, when it's crazy.

Ooh thanks for the mention :) You'll be fine with the two kids - just enjoy it for what it is with no time commitments and no rushing about ! Your menu plan kept making me go oooh and hmmm while I was reading it this week ! I love the sound of the chorizo, tomato and spinach pasta and that sounds easy to pinch for an upcoming menu plan ! :)

Oh I'll enjoy the lack of school run, but as I'm a work-from-home Mum I'm a bit nervous about that side. I'm sure it'll all pan out though!
That pasta was SO good! yes, definitely pinch it. All the Gousto recipes are on their website for free too! x
