Hello! I hope you’re keeping well. Friday has rolled around WAY too fast AGAIN! There are just TWO weeks now until my daughter Daisy breaks up for school and I’m trying my hardest to get ‘ahead’ with work. Whatever that even means!
Meal planning keeps us on track, both financially and with regards to eating mostly healthy, tasty meals.
For the month of July we will be enjoying Gousto boxes again. I recently shared on my Instagram that new customers can get 4 meals for 2 adults for just £14 with my *Gousto referral link. Planning what we’re going to eat each night, especially with a new baby, has been really helpful. I’m enjoying getting back to cooking and standing up for 20-40 minutes has finally stopped being super hard work for me.
I love having routines, as I feel that our family really strive on them, and this meal planning really helps. We’re looking forward to getting back to using the slow cooker, and making delicious recipes later in the year, but for now Gousto is really helping keep us on track.

Lovely meal plan. Think we've got about 2 weeks till Freddie breaks up too, I don't have a clue how were going to work the 6 weeks though as I've only got 8 days holiday left to take. I'm hoping both sets of parents will help out. Have a great week xx

Oooh this week's menu sounds utterly delicious, I would definitely eat all of that with a big smile on my face ! Good luck with the last couple of weeks - I only have two days to go, woohoo ! lol

We've been eating really well, and surprisingly a lot of the meals are just around 500 calories, which is pretty good going for the portion sizes I think!
