Hi, happy Friday! I hope your week so far has been a great one.

We’ve been enjoying lots of family time and I’m also looking forward to a nice family wedding this weekend. I’m a tad nervous about mixing with people but just going to try to enjoy the day and celebrate in my sister-in-law’s joy!

I’ve kept the next weeks meals simple, as I have every week since Aurora’s birth. In September I’ll get back into meal planning from scratch but for now it’s great to have boxes turn up every 3-5 days with all our dinners already taken care of.

I love picking the meals each week and feel really grateful to be able to use this type of service to help us settle in family life as a 4.

For the month of July we are Gousto boxes again. Breakfast will be simple; yoghurt & fruit, crumpets, maybe a pancake morning and cereal

Lunches will be things like parsnip soup, salad, couscous & air fryer chicken tikka, protein bagels with air fryer bacon and maybe a Greggs sandwich!
