Morning, happy Friday! Another week of the school holidays successfully ticked off! It’s been a good one here. Hope your week has been great too!
I’m finding that having nice meals a few times a day is keeping my sanity on the harder days of juggling everything! I love knowing that we’ve got a nice dinner planned, although we did end up with a couple of takeaways last week. I won’t make excuses, we just didn’t fancy cooking!
For the month of July we have been using Gousto boxes and I’m going to do the same for August again. I shared on my Instagram a while ago that new customers can get 4 meals for 2 adults for just £14 with my *Gousto referral link and it was VERY popular!

Slow cooker roast chicken, air fryer roast potatoes, air fryer stuffing, honey glazed parsnips, baby carrots and onion gravy – a real feast!
Leftovers night – probably whatever we don’t finish from the roast dinner!
Breakfast will be simple; yoghurt & fruit, air fryer cheese crumpets , maybe a pancake morning and cereal
Lunches will be things like parsnip soup, salad, couscous & air fryer chicken tikka, protein bagels with air fryer bacon, air fryer fruit scones and maybe a Greggs sandwich!

Just back from an impromptu trip to Belgium with the kids and linking up a bit later than usual ! Loving the sound of the Gousto meals, especially the Spanish chicken one - sounds divine !
