Good day to you! Thanks for stopping by to take a look at this weeks meal plan.

I hope you enjoy reading what we’re going to be eating.

I’m finding that having nice meals a few times a day is keeping my sanity on the harder days of juggling everything!

I love knowing that we’ve got a nice dinner planned, although we did end up with a couple of takeaways last week. I won’t make excuses, we just didn’t fancy cooking!

For the month of August we will be using a mixture of Gousto boxes and Hello Fresh. I shared on my Instagram a while ago that new customers can get 4 meals for 2 adults for just £14 with my *Gousto referral link and it was VERY popular! I also have a *Grab £46 off your first 3 boxes for new customers which has been popular too in the last few days

I’m really grateful to all the credit, but also love that other people are meal planning with ease too in the process!

I’m getting back to enjoying doing some DIY jobs around my home, so it is lovely to have lots of easy ideas for dinners with really minimal effort on my part.

Air fryer cookies and a glass of milk

Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

Rhubarb and pineapple crumble

The Meal Planning Linky Week #188

Gousto: Simply Perfect Lean Beef Spaghetti Bolognese

Hello Fresh: Penne ragu alforno

Hello Fresh: Crispy skin chicken breast with mushroom vin sauce, roasted carrots and roasted garlic mash

Breakfast will be simple I expect: yoghurt & fruit, crumpets, maybe a pancake morning and cereal. I might make a bacon, sausage and egg wrap too!

Lunches will be things like parsnip soup, salad, couscous & air fryer chicken tikka, protein bagels with air fryer bacon and maybe a Greggs sandwich!

We’ve also got a delicious rhubarb and pineapple crumble to look forward to as well!

The menu this week sounds delicious. I have never thought of making cookies in the air fryer. I might have to give it a go.

Ahh! I think we all have those days where we don't fancy cooking and turn to a takeaway. We are guilty of that too. I think I am going to have to try that Rhubarb and pineapple crumble. It looks and sounds delicious. Fab meal plan. I love the sound of the Beef Chilli Cheese Fries x

Yes, absolutely, there are some lovely takeaway places where we live too which is all the more tempting!

The crumble was a real hit with Tom and Daisy. I'm not a rhubarb (or fruit!) lover myself but always like making new things. Have a great week x

Meals all sound delicious this week. Hope the DIY is going well? We need to try and start back up on our DIY as we started and then come to a stand still. Have a good week x

Thanks for the special mention ! Loving the sound of this week's food. I'm running out of ideas of things to make with chicken so I love the ideas of Spanish chicken and laksa ... not to mention rhubarb and pineapple crumble. Mmmm !

The laksa is SO good and not many ingredients needed surprisingly! So much flavour too! x
