The Meal Planning Linky Week #190 Meal Plan

Happy Friday, hope you’re well! We had a lovely weekend away last week, back to normality now!

I can’t believe how fast the Summer holidays are going now to be honest!

For the month of August we are thankfully using a mixture of Gousto boxes and Hello Fresh. I shared on my Instagram a while ago that new customers can get 4 meals for 2 adults for just £14 with my *Gousto referral link and it was VERY popular! I also have a *Grab £46 off your first 3 boxes for new customers which has been popular too in the last few days and I’ve got lots of lovely credit.

I’m really grateful to all the credit, but also love that other people are meal planning with ease too in the process!

I have been making slow, but steady, progress on the DIY in my home. At the moment I’m working on my under the stairs storage cupboard, and I’ve made a few purchases from Ikea and Argos.

It’s great having nice meals planned, and the recipe cards on hand, as it takes away some of the stress each day just knowing that dinner is already planned and I can just get everything out of the freezer and follow along with the recipe.

Each week other lovely bloggers link up their meal plans, to try and share recipes around with one another, inspire each other and hopefully drive a little bit of extra traffic too! I really enjoy running this linky and seeing what meals everyone is cooking that week.

Breakfast will be kept simple: Crumpets, pancakes and cereal. I may make a bacon, sausage and egg wrap too – with chicken sausages and air fryer turkey bacon!

Lunches will be things like tuna and crackers, air fryer chicken tikka wraps, protein bagels with air fryer bacon and maybe a Subway as a treat lunch!

I have been making individual flapjacks, air fryer fruit scones and midnight cookies too as Daisy is LOVING the snacks at the moment and seems to be growing even faster than normal!

The summer holidays have flown over. I can't believe we only have a couple of weeks left. I can't wait to see the finished cupboard under the stairs. You've been working hard on it. Fab meal plan. All the meals sound delicious. x
