Happy Friday, I hope the week has been a good one for you. All good here, which has been a nice change to be honest!

We’ve mostly stayed on track with out eating, and as a result we are feeling healthier and stronger too!

For the month of October we are continuing to have a mixture of Gousto boxes and Hello Fresh boxes delivered . I shared on my Instagram a while ago that new customers can get 4 meals for 2 adults for just £14 with my *Gousto referral link and it was VERY popular!

It is so handy getting our meals delivered, and knowing what we’re going to be eating day to day without much thought. I love browsing the selection of meals online too!

Breakfast will be kept nice and simple as per usual lately: Crumpets, protein pancakes and cereal. A nice easy week, as there are lots of school runs and I’ve got a few busy days too, plus our car is going in for a major repair..!

Lunches will be things like air fryer jacket potatoes, tuna and crackers and protein bagels with air fryer bacon and air fryer sausages.
