Happy Friday! I love seeing what everyone is linking up and getting inspiration for my own meal plan. I’m running this weekly meal planning linky, that allows other bloggers to share their meal plans too. I hope that this will help people to find lots of inspiration, delicious recipes and maybe read some helpful blog posts about meal planning and money saving.

Katykickers weekly meal planning linky

It doesn’t take me long to meal plan. I sit down once a week and look at what groceries we have available. Then I think about the different meals that we haven’t had recently, or look online for some inspiration. I then place my Tesco shop online. In the past, I switched from shopping at Tesco to shopping at Aldi and saved over 30%! I don’t always want to go out in the car and browse the aisles so I find online shopping really convenient.

The Meal Planning Linky Week #64

This week I have planned 7 dinners. We’ve got a fairly busy week on, as I’ve got lots of work at the moment, so I’ve planned specific dinners for specific days too, which I don’t normally do.

The meals for the Meal Planning Linky Week #64 are:

Slow cooker spaghetti bolognese

A week of slow cooker dinners slow cooker roast chicken

Roast chicken dinner with airfryer potatoes, sage & onion stuffing, airfryer parsnips & onion gravy

Slow cooker hunters chicken with chips - A look at the finished dish

Slow cooker hunters chicken

chicken, spinach, filo pie - A look at the finished pie

Chicken, spinach & filo pie with mash & vegetables

Slow cooker chicken nachos

Slow cooker chicken nachos

Pizza dough in the breadmaker

Pizza + chicken night

Slow cooker paella (new recipe I’m working on)

I absolutely love my *triple slow cooker. It helps me batch cook, make a separate meal for Daisy and I can even make side dishes too!

If you’re looking for meal planning inspiration then be sure to read my meal planning tips and my meal planning with mince post. I’ve also got a post about making a roast chicken go further.

If you enjoyed this post I’d love it if you could pin it on Pinterest!

Another delicious week of meal planned dinners. Save money and get inspired for your meal plan. #mealplanning #frugal #food #slowcooker #chicken

I meant normal hunters chicken, but now I like the sound of a hunters chicken pie too!

Thank you! I’ve actually bought the wrong ingredients for it, so that will be replaced with fried rice now and I’ll have to try that again in a few weeks! x
