Spray your slow cooker pot with Frylight or rub with a small amount of oil.
Chop your vegetables and place them in the slow cooker.
Add the tinned tomatoes and tomato puree.
Add your spices.
Place the chicken breast on the top.
Shred the chicken breast using a couple of forks and mix it into the vegetables.
Serve on tortilla chips.
If you like it then serve with sour cream, guacamole & nacho cheese sauce.
Add grated cheese.
