Mix together the flour and butter. You want to achieve a breadcrumb consistency.
Mix your egg in a bowl.
Dip the chicken breast into the egg and then the breadcrumb. Sprinkle with salt.
Fry the chicken in vegetable oil for around 6 minutes, until lightly browned.
Fry your peppers and onions.
Combine the soy sauce, ginger, chilli pepper, salt & pepper and a little vegetable oil.
Spray your chicken on a baking tray. Drizzle over the sauce.
Cook at Gas Mark 5 (190C) for 15 minutes.
